American Pacific has a nice web portal that keeps you updated on the progress of your loan, and allows you to securely share documents. My loan officer was responsive, but not particularly helpful at answering questions. Some of his responses were confusing -- it took forever to get a straight answer on what type of condo insurance I was required to get.
