The service department is horrible ! I had a turbo put on my Trax due to a recall in June. Fast forward to August and my engine is now smoking. According to them they can't witness it smoking and the HAVE test drove it. My mileage was the exact same from when I dropped it off to when I picked it up !! Got pics to prove it. They say the reason it's smoking is because the turbo has an oil coating to stop it from rusting and it's burning off. They do not help you if you have a low credit sore they say they work with people they don’t
Terrible service. Had a part ordered almost a year ago, never heard anything about it. Was told they would call. Went in today, was laughed at when I mentioned it, and was told there was no way cause nothing was on their system and I didn’t pay THAT price? After telling them I have a receipt for it, the part magically appears. Also raised their prices, same problem I went for last time double the price. Will never go back. Chevy in Logan West Virginia said they will do anything half price that this store will quote you!!!!!!
