I have bought vehicles from Thornhill For years!! They have always been wonderful not only to me, but to the family and friends that I refer there as well! They always give great pricing with the best customer service you could ask for! They have a huge selection of vehicles to pick from and if they don't have what you are looking for they can get it! 5 stars all the way!!!

I traveled to WV from TN for a family reunion and my fuel pump sensor went out on my truck. I had it towed to Thornhill as they were closest and my truck was still under warranty. My problem with them was this...my truck was there from Sunday night until Friday evening. I was told 3 different stories about where the part was that I needed to get my truck fixed. Have been waiting months for a warranty refund check, only to find when I called the warranty company that it was sent to the dealer over a month ago. Once I called and brought it to their attention I was told it would be mailed out first in the morning. Here it is weeks later and can’t even get someone on the phone.

The service department is horrible ! I had a turbo put on my Trax due to a recall in June. Fast forward to August and my engine is now smoking. According to them they can't witness it smoking and the HAVE test drove it. My mileage was the exact same from when I dropped it off to when I picked it up !! Got pics to prove it. They say the reason it's smoking is because the turbo has an oil coating to stop it from rusting and it's burning off. How can an oil coating on a part that was put in 2 months ago just now start smoking... read more
