Terrible service. Had a part ordered almost a year ago, never heard anything about it. Was told they would call. Went in today, was laughed at when I mentioned it, and was told there was no way cause nothing was on their system and I didn’t pay THAT price? After telling them I have a receipt for it, the part magically appears. Also raised their prices, same problem I went for last time double the price. Will never go back. Chevy in Logan West Virginia said they will do anything half price that this store will quote you!!!!!!

Obvious marks on the rotor. But doesn’t think anything is wrong with 2200 mile. Service is just as bad as the sales team
We bought a truck from them literally made the 2nd payment and the transmission went out. We was Assured it was a Dependable Vehicle. After being told it was Covered to fix it, they now claim its going to be Another $5000. We've been given the RUN AROUND for 4 Weeks and were still without a Vehicle and a $34,000 Loan!!! Nobody there wants to help. It's all about Money and Poor Customer Service. Pathetic!

Never in a million years will I buy a car from you. NEVER. After the absolute awful treatment by you all of someone I know, I will never buy a vehicle from you, and I will tell everyone I know not to buy one from you. People take your business else where. These people treat their customers awful.

Well talked to a sales manager on the phone the man ran my credit multiple times an never called me back with any kind of info Poor customer care first an foremost Second the man stated he would not run my credit multiple times but he did anyway an wouldn’t even take the time to call me back

To anyone looking for a garage this is definitely not the one!!! Just went in to fix some recalls and breaks and an oil change and charged me 714.94!!! The most expensive oil change and breaks I’ve ever had!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I bought a brand new vehicle from this dealership and have been given the runaround ina bad way about some repairs to be made to it!!! I would not dare purchase another vehicle from this place!!
