Nothing but lying, thieving snakes who sells wrecked vehicles and the Lee Neil treats you like crap when you're trying to get things done! Avoid this place at all cost!!

I called them about a 2018 is and a guy named mat was supposed to call us back never did and they wonder why people go to buy bere pay car lot thank you have a nice day

Poor experience, We’ve called twice about a SUV both times we’ve been told the manager would call us back and never heard from him. Wouldn’t recommend this dealership to others.

Ford lot.....I commented on a post telling the truth about screwing a customer out of a deal and the post was taken down. I’m really disappointed with thornhill. I just came in today for a recall to be fixed and was give a $1200.00 estimate for things they say my car failed on. Remind you most of us aren’t idiots when it comes to mechanical things or have someone who takes care of these things. I was told I needed to pay $50.00 for wipers because they failed. I just spent 35.00 less than a month ago for new wiper blades. And... read more

I was saddened during my walk this morning to see employees at the Thornhill Auto Group satellite dealership in Hamlin WV cutting loose over 20 balloons from their vehicle inventory, allowing the balloons to float off into the sky instead of being disposed of appropriately. This is destructive and harmful to our environment and wildlife. I cannot comprehend how this behavior is justified and I will vehemently speak out against such destructive and unethical practices. I’ve had my Ford Escape in their service Dept 4 different times at which they kept it for a week at a time over the past 2 months for popping sounds in the steering wheel, grey smoke from exhaust when started, squeaking sound in rear, not staying in alignment and going through tires like crazy & recalls that had to be done. 1st time in cost me $3000 and every problem above still existed plus more problems started 😡 Took it back within 2 days and they still couldn’t find the problems and I was told recall where done and come... read more

Worst dealership I have ever visited. I spoke with Ethel Thursday 7/5/18 about a SUV I seen online. We set up a date and time for me to check out this vehicle. I arrived the very next day just to be told they sold the SUV the same day I spoke with Ethel! I drive an hour and a half to their dealership. A phone call would be been appreciated to make me aware they no longer had the SUV! They are only about making money. They assume if they get you out there they can sell you anything. Not sure what happened to my previous post but the service department has really gone downhill. It’s bad when you take a vehicle to get an issue fixed and leave with more things wrong.
