So thankful & pleased with the compassion & care my Mama has received from Three Oaks Hospice of Waxahachie!! All the aides & nurses have been very attentive 😉

There were some scheduling issues at the very beginning, likely attributable to starting during the weekend. Once we got past that, the process was excellent. The on-site staff was very capable, informative, professional and caring. Kudos to Sandra, Stewart and Leslie, and to Brad for his guidance in arranging the process initially. On the rare occasions when we required remote assistance, the response was equally professional.

Cheyenne, Ricky, Monica and Susanne are a excellent team. They have gone overboard in assistaning me with my 92 year old mother and my 72 year old brother. I live in Los Angeles CA and whenever I need either one of them they are a phone call away. Your company of employees have made me so thankful and greatfjul. Keep doing what you do best. The staff at Three Oaks Hospice is top shelf, the best I could hope for in this challenging time of caring for my wife of over 4 decades. They are always responsive, caring and cooperative in scheduling and performing their duties for my wife who suffers from late stage Alzheimer's. Hats off to the whole team.

Three Oaks Hospice has been so great to us. Having come from another Hospice company that gave almost no services without constant patient advocacy, Three Oaks has been such a vast change. If you call someone always answers and gets you to a person who can genuinely help. Rather than begging for supplies our nurse and aide look for things we are using that Three Oaks can help supply. So happy my mom has been on hospice for several months now. Excellent job with communications from Nurse and Social Worker, as well as the Chaplain. Our family so appreciates the Service you provide. Especially love Laurie, mom’s nurse, , and Christine, her aid!
