Adesola Jones was terrific as my mother’s case manager and nurse! She was a party of her care until my mother passed away!

Yke our nurse is always responsive and up to date on mom’s condition. Appreciate the bath aide that ensures mom is clean and groomed and has her supplies. Could use improvement in a couple of areas: communication to facility if bath aide is not coming or is late so they can help get mom up and dressed and communicating with James L West pharmacy on moms drug list so I am not billed for meds covered by hospice. Finally, I don’t understand why hospice costs billed to Medicare are so much higher than previous hospice. Hopefully... read more

Cheyenne, Ricky, Monica and Susanna are the greatest staff. They all provide excellent service to my 92 year old mother and 72 year old brother. I am so thankfull and grateful for all of them.

Everything was great and everyone was friendly and helpful. I just wish they would have come to help me move him to change sheet when he threw up all over the bed. . I was told to call lift assist with fire department and they were not too happy to assist.
