Overall our experience with Three Oaks has been wonderful. The staff is very accommodating and caring, which is vey important. My grandmother enjoys all of her visits.

The care by my aide and nurse have always been great and the ability for consistency to be able to have same providers to keep routine and continuity is what I like the best. My aide is familiar with my adl’s and it makes care much easier. Would recommend Three Oaks hospice to anyone in need of services.

My experience so far with three oaks has been phenomenal. Monica has been exceptional. I had a very bad experience with hospice when my dad dad. I knew I was going to be very picky when I had to choose hospice for my mom. I had so many questions and Monica never got annoyed. She took the time to answer everything and immediately put me in touch with others if she couldn’t answer my questions. Now she has become the best advocate for my mom. Three oaks staff has always been helpful and considerate. They take good care of my husband. I’ve had a few bad ones in the past but the ones I have now like Martha and Bill and Rebecca as nurses and Destiny are all so good to both my husband and me.
