RecommendedWe had an issue with our Frigidaire refrigerator which is less than 2 years old, but outside of warranty. They scheduled us in quickly, came out, and went above and beyond to confirm the issue. Unfortunately, per Frigidaire support, the part which failed is non-serviceable, but the rep explained exactly what was happening, and was extremely sorry it wasn’t something he could fix. Despite not being able to fix the issue due to the part problem (darn Ice maker), they provided stellar service.

RecommendedWe needed our cook top range checked. we called Tiger and the customer service was friendly and excellent. we were able to get on appointment within a week. Tom arrived on time, extremely knowledgeable and solved our problem. We would definitely recommend Tiger. 5 stars!
