First I want to state that Terry is an outstanding person and an excellent representative for your company. I had an issue with the first company that was sent out, the guy left without repairing and not telling me anything. Terry took the time to research the issue even calling the manufacture headquarters. Took awhile to get the special parts, once they arrived, Tiger Mechanical arranged a time that worked for me, and in no time the appliance was working again. RecommendedOn Tuesday evening somehow our AC air handler blew up in the attic. Thank goodness we knew all it would take was one call to Tiger to get it fixed quickly. Even with the triple digit temps, Tom was up in our attic removing the unit on Wednesday and he was back up there and able to get it replaced by Thursday. Thank you to Tom and Barb for taking such great care of us. There is no one else I’d ever want to call for any of my AC or refrigeration needs. You are the best!!
The service from the office girls was outstanding. Cheyene was outstanding. He found the problem with our freezer ordered the parts and back out in just two days and replaced the parts. Cheyene was very courtesy and really seemed to care that the freezer was fixed right. Would highly recommend this company
I had the nicest service guy I have ever had in all my years of having people come to my home. Dan, was amazing. He had no idea what the problem was with my fridge but he stayed and exhausted every avenue before figuring out it was actually something simple. If you need service please request Dan, you won't be disappointed.

HI STEVE WAS POLITE AND HELPFULL SHUT THE WATER OFF THEN FOUND THE PROBLEM.ORDERED THE PART AND PUT EVERYTHING BACK UNDER THE SINK.TOLD ME I WON'T HAVE WATER OR ICE IN THE FRIG ALSO NO MORE FLOODS.SPEEDY AND THERAL. JUST NICE GUY THANK YOU FOR HIM JOAN
