RecommendedHello Tiger Mechanical. I have used you guys a ton for my house air conditioning needs but I have 2 questions. 25 stars for your honesty and wonderful in a pinch fixes. 1. My dishwasher is fairly new and we use the "good" soap. But I still have white residue after drying. What is the fix for this? 2. I have a dual electric oven and 1 out of 40 times my top oven says to call for an expert. I turn off, restart and it works fine. Can you help? Thanks for all of your heating and air conditioning help in he past.

RecommendedWell first I was upset, because I needed my ice maker repaired. That was still under warranty, Lowe’s referees there clients to Tiger Mechanical. They came right out I believe the next day Aug 28th... I called several times to see what the up date was . The girl who answers the phone was so very nice and pleasant, said she would call to see what the problem was. Called the 1-800 number three times . Called Tiger 3-4 times... make a long story short. RecommendedVery informative and honest. Was impressed from the moment I called and made the appointment to Tom arriving at my home. Gave me a lot of educational info on a $15,000 stove that came with the home and I do not even cook. hmmm I will use them again for sure.
RecommendedWe have an under-counter ice maker. I called 10 companies on Yelp. Only 2 were able to service/repair our unit. Tiger came out within 24 hours, diagnosed the situation, and gave us two options: 1). We could repair it 2). They could repair it We decided to repair it and the technician gave specific instructions on how to do it and how to prevent it from happening again. Also sent video links to show exactly what the issue was. EXCELLENT service and INTEGRITY! Highly recommend.
RecommendedTom came out to look at our Vinotemp. He is a very honest and straightforward individual and did not recommend us investing in this 30 year old unit with repairs. He could have taken our money and we would have needed repairs again in another six months. He gave us excellent recommendations on a couple of options. Thanks, TOM!
