My fridge that is 2 months old has a horrible chemical smell that started out of nowhere a week ago. The repairman who did not introduce himself arrived this morning. He opened the door, said he could not smell anything, closed the door and said there was nothing wring. He left after 5 minutes. Don't waste your time with this company. My technician Terry was AMAZING!!! Very professional. Show up when he said he would and completed the job correctly and in a very timely fashion.HOWEVER the office staff needs to learn what the word communication means. Did not call back when they said they would, did not send email or call to let me know the parts were in like they said they would. Completely over priced!!! I was charged $60.00 for labor, when he actually did nothing to my refrigerator a price came lose and he pushed it back in.. I am confused how that adds up to 60.00 dollars..Not only that I was not given an estimate before he started working.. Then after paying I was never given a receipt.. He said it would be emailed to me which it has not.. I will never use this company again..
My washer has been broken almost 2 weeks the brought a part for the wrong kinda washer than had to order one for the right brand and Canceled the appointment and rescheduled again for a few days later we will see if they show up! I will update but I am highly dissatisfied with this company!
RecommendedOn time and professional technicians -looked for alternative to save me $ by fixing what was broken without having to replace with an more expensive part.
call back, get a sense of urgency, show they might actually care, understanding that for some clients that appliances are a current necessity...our dishwasher out for 6 weeks now and Tiger does not seem to care.
I had Serena come out and she was able to diagnose my refrigerator problem right away. I successfully had my refrigerator repaired. It took 4 days to get the part as I was told it had to be ordered and shipped. I received my replacement part and looked it up online. I found the same part for almost $100 less than I was charged. I would have given them 5.0 stars otherwise.
