Tim was definitely a God send. Working with the military overseas and purchasing a home can be quite intimidating. Tim made home buying the most pleasurable experience I ever had. Had a difficult situation with a previous lender and Tim wiped that sour taste from my mouth. His quick responses and transparency gave me hope. He communicates with me every step of the way; he was an open book from day one and I appreciate his honesty and love for his clients. During my loan process Tim not only got me approved while many other lenders kept telling me I need to wait but he also was responsive to all my emails regardless of the day or time. The lending institutions have some requirements that in all honesty pissed me off and Tim was able to remain professional trough the whole process, and ultimately found me solutions getting me the loan I was looking for. I already recommended Tim to my coworker, he gets the job done where other lenders fail.
