Does he ever sleep? Somehow when you're doing a refi things seems to be "of the utmost" in time and Tim and his group always came through. Part of the time I was out of town and they managed to pull it off.

Tim guided me step by step during the process of buying my house. He was always available for questions and concerns, if any. He did everything possible to get our loan done. Tim did an AWESOME job at keeping me informed throughout the whole application process. Best customer service I've got in a very long time. He was very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions (and I had a ton!) immediately and correctly. One word to explain Tim - Perfection.I deal with customer service on a National level so have seen it all. Tim's level of customer service could not get any better. Always available by phone or email, to the point that after sending him an e-mail at 10.30pm I had a reply by 5.00am the next morning.
