Tim runs a 5 star company, and he's a 5 star guy... My experience was just terrific. Tim went out of his way to help on my last refi. I had a number of non-trivial issues related to my refi, and Tim was able to help me with every single one and delivered the best loan for me. He's very communicative, honest, and basically he delivers. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to family, friends or anyone.

I have used Tim several times when refinancing or buying a home. He does a great job informing you of your options, is helpful through the process, answers all your questions, and is always friendly. He makes himself available to you and never makes you feel like you are bothering him. Even my realtors have commented on how great he is. Most importantly, he gets the job done. There will never be any hold ups on his end.

I have refianced a few times now, and worked with various mortgage professionals, and there is no contest: Tim is the best. Not only does he know his stuff, but he makes the process as easy and as straight-forward as possible. And best of all, his responsiveness is off the chart.If I need a mortgage in the future, Tim will be my first call. I have already recommended family members to him, and will continue to do so.

I refinanced my house a few months ago and received a great rate on a 15yr loan. The service was good and Tim was always available to answer my questions. He really cared about doing the right thing.

I have worked with Tim for the purchase of two houses and a couple refinances. He has been beyond helpful. Always answering questions right away and allowed me to ask a lot of questions. My last sale/purchase became quite complicated near the end and Tim negotiated excellently on my behalf with various parties. I rarely write reviews, but Tim's excellence and help motivated me.
