From day one Tim Hart and his team made sure we had everything we would need to get through the loan process. Every document and signatures needed in order to keep the process moving. The portal made it easy to know what was needed, very user friendly whether we were signing docs or uploading requested bank statements, leases, etc. Someone from the team was always accessible whether it was through email, phone or text.
