communication between your co and title co On positive side, the app was extremely helpful I was on the phone one day and needed to sign forms but could not get home to do so on home computer. Might have been Talia?? Donna? but someone assisted me in downloading the app and accessing the forms that way. Game changer! I also like how the app updated what we had completed and what else was needed

Tim Hart of VanDyk and his team (most notably Tania Bryant) are extremely meticulous - great on follow up - and pleasant to deal with. The VanDyk portal makes it easy to know what tasks are outstanding and what tasks are completed. Overall, a very good experience dealing with VanDyk.
