Accidentally pushed the pin out the wrong way taking a link out of my new watch and couldn’t get it back out so I took it to timpsons and the young guy with the saltire tatto was an abso legend! had it fixed in 5 minutes and was even so kind as to refuse to take any payment for his work !!! What a guy !! Will absolutely being going back up and suggesting this place to there peope lll 😀👍👍👍
Went to go get a watched repaired was owned by my granddad was more happy to pay but person running the place had said I could have the repair on him he didn't need to do that but it ment the world to me so thank you

Staff are so nice and helpful. They go the extra mile. Would thoroughly recommend them whether it be shoe repairs/ key cutting or the dry cleaners. All are lovely
I took in a pair of boots to be re-soled. Immediately I was told £75. I said I would leave it as I knew I could replace them for less than £100. As I walked away he said "OK I'll do them for £60” I wasn't there to haggle, also if you can immediately drop your price by 20% you are clearly overcharging. I drove straight to Byres Road Timpsons, price £25.
