Henrietta is absolutely fantastic. She is exceptionally prompt & looks after my shirts every week. They are very difficult to iron, which I’ve apologised for, but each week she’s wonderful at getting them sorted, earlier than expected. 10/10.

Johnathan served me today Not only was he polite, interested and helpful, but he went above and beyond. What’s gentleman!
