Johnathan served me today Not only was he polite, interested and helpful, but he went above and beyond. What’s gentleman! I had keys cut which didn’t work. When returning keys the manager Garry was difficult to deal with, made it feel like he was being inconvenienced and that it was my fault that his staff member or colleague had given me 3 keys (buy 2 get 3rd free) for two different keys. Garry said he prides himself on customer service but this was not apparent in how his interactions were. Quoted £75 to replace the sole on a pair of boots, decided to leave it as the boots new are less than a £100. As I walked away he offered to do the job for £60. Ended up getting the job done in Timpsons Byres Rd for £25 (Vibram soles)
