This company took advantage knowing we needed work done quick due to a death in the family. Charged almost two times what anybody else should have. Avoid this company.

The repairman was professional and did a good job. He advised me that there was some kind of a problem about 20feet down the line because his snake was stuck and he couldn't pull it back out. He also said if the pipes would have to be worked on it would probably cost 3500.+ dollars. He said to let the company know our decision. Hired to fix a leak in the plumbing between the house and the meter. In the process they broke the sprinkler line, and now want to charge me an additional $350, to fix the sprinler line they broke.

Fake News!!Please read our other reviews!! Tiptons Plumbing strives for excellence, Tiptons went back and repaired ther pre-existing damaged pipe at no charge!! Tiptons went above and beyond to help this client,we found other broken items on sprinkler system and clearly pointed it out to the client and they are unwilling and clearly want something for free!! Cannot make everyone happy!!
Paid $1300 for a $500-600 water heater. Can installation be $700-800?
Plumber was very professional and knowledgeable and did great work, fast. Only took one hour to replace a spigot. Parts $75, Normal average cost per hour $150. Deducted the $65 service fee. Should have costed $225. They charged $486. That s just bad business.
I contacted Mr Tipton with what I thought was a simple request: I need an itemized quote for a list of plumbing repairs found by our home inspector. He said he could do that. It took him 2 days to get to the property, 2 days (with my prodding) to get me a cell phone picture of a hand scrawled invoice with no pricing, and even though he promised to have the priced out quote to me this morning, he is now ignoring my calls and emails. Paid nothing,the person writing this negative review is not even the current homeowner,we did send copy of estimate and prices to go with the estimate over the phone. Everything about this deal seemed like a FRAUD case in my opinion. Read our other reviews and be aware that you can count on Tiptons Plumbing day or night!
