He arrived on time and was very professional. I'm just not sure how I feel about how the job turned out. I had an outdoor faucet knob and pipe replaced. I was given two quotes; 1) if the pipe didn't break and 2) if the pipe did break. I knew immediately the pipe would break and I would have to pay the higher cost and, of course, that's what happened. He then had to cut into the sheetrock wall in my office to get to the pipe, so now that's something else I'm going to have to repair which is more $$. Outside, the pipe sticks o... read more

When they quoted me a price I thought I needed two faucets fixed but it turned out only one needed to be replaced the other one was fine and the price that I was charged was higher than the quote for two. I will never use home advisor again !!

charged $431 after telling me it would probably come in around $280. If they had encountered unusual circumstances, I could understand the increase, but that was not the case.
