Fast. Friendly. Price was a little high but with a busted pipe in my ceiling I had no choice.
I believe I was lied to so that I would agree to a higher quote. I was quoted a very high price for the repairs. I was told that "the parts are expensive.". He also said "There a bunch of little parts in there so I have to replace the entire cartridge." I agreed to the price based on those, and a few other, statements. When the work was done I asked for the parts that were replaced. There was one and the highest price I found was ~$75 on the Mohen site. Work was finished in half an hour cleaned up afterward. The tech was very nice and neat. For the work that was done (resealing faucet) I thought it was overpriced
Cost on the high side but prompt and the Friday before Christmas and bad weather quoted high price but when finished actual cost lower. Job had to be done if not on bind I would have shopped around. Thank God seriously they took over $100 off quoted price Quote $583 Cost $451. Had previous quote 1-1 1/2 yrs ago for $186 Plumber was on site doing other work he checked out said total reinstall plus concrete work Did frantically Google cost plus call another plumber quoted high side up to $450. Well no way it should not have been 3000.00 to do the job no idemised statement to show that amount . They cut a whole in my wall and said they make the mess and I clean it up and fix it myself . So 3000.00 Dollars is a bit much for what they did
Tipton’s is over the top expensive to unclog a drain! $287 for 30 minutes work! I will not use them again!
