Very good experience with product walk thru, explanation of options and overall process. Being new to modular home product line we learned a lot without high pressure sales pitch but instead valuable insights. We like the product culture and folks at Titan & would recommend giving them a try. These are not your grandpa's mobil homes anymore but updated quality product.

Mark was such a positive experience in picking out the best home for my family. We found out more information than we knew regarding our own stuff and he even made sure to explain everything in detail and help us understand what we are getting. I would recommend him over and over again to anyone looking to buy a mobile home.

I was disappointed that there was no Tiny Homes to view. I was assured by the person who set the appointment that yes there would be on site Tiny Homes. We waited at least 30 minutes for someone to help us. Nicolas was extremely Knowledgeable about Tiny Homes and showed a home setup like a tiny home but was extremely lacking quality. We were disappointed since we had driven an hour to view a Tiny home.
