Our salesman, Josh, has a very professional attitude, explained everything to us in detail. Beautiful homes. Walked with us and answered all our questions.
We are planing to purchase a mobil home in the near future. This will be our last home so far the experience has been well received . Only time will tell the whole story. The sales staff was very (Joseph Shedarowich ) helpful and not too pushy. I look forward to speaking to them in the near future.

Not be so fast to pull my credit report, after basically chatting. I think that more experience is needed in this area. It was a waste of time to know about the center CEO ,etc. That took up 30 minutes just chatting then suddenly asked to pull my credit report before offering to take me on a tour
Great experience so far. This was our 1st and last stop at shopping for a new home. Joe was so nice. He listened to our needs and wants and helped explain how Titan goes above and beyond to take care of their customer. No high pressure. Just people helping people. We completed our process by working with Mark. He too was very nice and a pleasure to work with. The entire office seemed to all work together to help people make their dreams come true. Very nice experience so far!

What a great experience! We were greeted by Marc at the Titan location in Willis. He was knowledgeable, kind and so willing to answer all of our questions. He made us feel like their home was truly our home. It's hard to come across an honest and genuine salesperson but Marc is the man! He has actually has the answers to your questions.
