Great experience so far. This was our 1st and last stop at shopping for a new home. Joe was so nice. He listened to our needs and wants and helped explain how Titan goes above and beyond to take care of their customer. No high pressure. Just people helping people. We completed our process by working with Mark. He too was very nice and a pleasure to work with. The entire office seemed to all work together to help people make their dreams come true. Very nice experience so far!

What a great experience! We were greeted by Marc at the Titan location in Willis. He was knowledgeable, kind and so willing to answer all of our questions. He made us feel like their home was truly our home. It's hard to come across an honest and genuine salesperson but Marc is the man! He has actually has the answers to your questions. Great buying experience
I have been to almost every single mobile home manufacturer and I have never come across a group of kind and caring people like I did at titan. They are not only about there profit, but also about the customers satisfaction. A1 company.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!! The manager "BOB" is a person you don't want to have to deal with. They couldn't work a deal for me that benefited me and my family, only benefited their company...after almost 2 months we decided to wait because they couldn't get the community we wanted and tried to put us on a extremely ghetto and dangerous community which was the end for me. Terrible All was fine until papers were signed The contractor to prep property and prepare pad Wrong location Set trailer wrong location 2 months to correct No cleanup Rude GM Bob Write told me to kiss his butt and A MFthen wanted to mail keys No walk through Not very truthfull BEWARE
