The entire staff was very professional and friendly, answered all of the questions I had during the pre-op and the LASIK procedure itself, provided great explanations of what I would feel and hear during it, and did an excellent job with the procedure itself - done in 15 minutes. Extremely professional staff, they answered all my questions and made me feel extremely calm and relaxed. Total procedure was easy and pain free thank to the dedicated staff and doctors. I am very appreciative and highly recommend.
LOVED everything about my TLC Experience! Everyone working in that office is incredibly helpful. Samantha could see how SUPER nervous I was, and answered every one of the numerous questions I had to ask. Since I already had stopped wearing my contacts weeks prior to the appointment I was able to schedule a surgery date the following week, AND do my pre op appointment that day!! So impressed. I just had my procedure yesterday and am so pleased with the results. The staff is amazing. They take the time to explain everything and their technology is top of the line. I was incredibly nervous but they put me at ease. After their help and seeing how easy this truly is, I wish I had done this years ago. What a gift they have given me!
I’m so happy I chose to get lasik done at TLC in Albany. I don’t do well with surgeries and I never felt once that I was anything less than in great hands. I met a lot of their staff whom all had a smile on their face each visit I made. Before the procedure, anyone in the waiting room could tell I was nervous. The woman at the front brought me back to my exam room right before the procedure and made me feel so special by offering me water and talked me through how she felt for her lasik.
