I just had lasik yesterday. Can't say enough about the staff or Doctors. You can't trust your eyes to just anyone but I am so happy I trusted them to this facility. Amazing so happy with the outcome and it's only day one. Thank you TLC.. Oh yeah typing all this without bifocals.
Amazing! Cant say enough great things. Staff and Doctors are welcoming and make you feel comfortable. Exceptionally clean facility! The night of my Lasik, the Doc called to make sure I was comfortable, and everything was good!! If you are considering Lasik, this is the place to go ��
I'm close to 48 hours post-op (LASIK) and everything is going great. My vision was 20/15 at my 24 checkup yesterday! Angela, Elizabeth, Emily and Katy were all so helpful. I've already recommended you to at least 10 people. Thank you for everything!
I just had lasik Thursday. I was very nervous had lots of questions the day of the surgery. Dr. Cortez took the time to talk to me again before my surgery. They were also available by phone and email the weeks before my surgery. The only thing I didn't care for is them making it sound so good the day of your post op visit to see if you're a canadate and then sending you home with this very intimidating packet telling all the possible side affects and things that could happen. Everyone was so kind and patient with me through the whole process, especially Peter who was in the surgery room and totally helped me relax.
I went to 3 different Lasik facilities before deciding on TLC. Their staff is phenomenal and the customer service was really great. The testing was thorough and they explained everything clearly in terms I could understand. Katy was available by email and phone to answer any questions that I had leading up to the procedure. Beautiful space, easy process, attentive staff and I can see!!!!
The staff was extremely professional and the care was even better! Day 1 post op and I can see better than when I had my glasses! Great facility! Will definitely recommend!
