Love this company and the staff is amazing!
Well let’s start with the fact I specifically requested and waited for a time that I could have Dr. Jodi Abrahamson as my surgeon. My eye doctor who referred me and I’ve known for almost 20 years recommended her and i trusted him and TLC to ensure she would be my surgeon. They made me wait 2 and a half hours for my surgery, I was anxious as the meds they gave me didn’t work and I walk in to see another doctor doing my procedure. #1. appointment was at 1:30. I sat there in a dark room for 2 hours until 3:30 till they finally were ready for me. #2. after the surgery they gave me a bag with a bunch of items and waved goodbye. no one walked me down the 2 flights of stairs. I couldn't even barely open my eyes to see. #3 Went in for my follow up exam and informed him of all of the problems id had since the procedure (which were a list) which seemed to catch him off guard. lasik is a waste of money dont do it
My vision regressed after a few months. One eye sees blurry, and one sees double vision. Despite the lifetime guarantee, they said it wasn't bad enough to fix but to get duct plugs and/or glasses, at my own additional expense, of course. So what did I pay 5K for? ...
I would give them zero stars if allowed. Once they get your money and you are done, they have no intention of doing any 'warranty work' w/o you paying in full, again. Couldn't even get an explanation.
