Talking to customer service on the phone was a pleasant experience, and was able to easily re-schedule the appointment the next morning. Very helpful and knowlegeable. Happy with plumbing work. Definitely recommend TLC in the *********** area.

We have used TLC for multiple properties for a multitude of reasons; turning on and getting one of the properties ready for the winter season. We have elderly renters in the home and they treated them so respectfully and helped them with their needs. We have also used them for another property that we were selling and they got the property ready per inspection code which entailed having a new water heater installed, placed within code specifications, address a plumping leak and remediation of said leak. I have used TLC for several years for HVAC and sewer issues. They are trustworthy and I appreciate that I have a dedicated specialist who I can always count on to do professional work, ************ Luckily I have never had the need to call TLC back on any work done but their guarantee is nice security.

These folks have done a LOT of work for me, from installing a new HVAC split system several years ago to small jobs like installing a new kitchen disposal unit two months ago, and just today - a new kitchen faucet. Their installers have CONSISTENTLY been knowledgeable and talented and always very courteous and helpful. ****************** installed a commercial grade kitchen faucet on my ancient cast iron/ceramic kitchen sink earlier today and really struggled with the fittings, which aren't really designed for that type of s... read more

TLC is wonderful. I have been using them over two years now for basic plumbing services, a whole house re-pipe and a bathroom remodel. So now I am ready for my next project and I only called them and ****** was prompt in calling me back and scheduling the appointment. I cant wait!
