AC was rattling and becoming progressively louder over time. **** from TLC diagnosed the problem as a loose motor mounting bolt and a loose AC housing nut. He resolved the issues and dropped the decibel level about 15 points. Well done ****.

On 6/21/24, after having no A/C for a week, **** and another technician, ****, were on-site for six hours, completing the installation of my A/C, that another contractor started. While on-site, they were very courteous and polite, and exhibited a high level of knowledge. My wife and I were very happy to have **** and **** on the job! Great job guys!

We had issues with our swamp cooler that several other companies couldnt fix. I called TLC and **** came out to fix it and did an amazing job, but after further inspection it turned out to be an electrical issue. He called this team and he was able to send an electrician out the same day! Me and my family were really struggling in heat and once ******* and his team got to the house, they knew what to look for and exactly how to fix it. Couldnt thank them enough. Super knowledgeable and professional.
