**** and ***** helped me with our BreezeAir cooler and did an absolutely phenomenal job. They had to go retrieve a part and were back very shortly and fixed the problem. It was about 95 degrees outside and we got cooled off very quickly.Thanks **** and *****!

The gentleman came right on time and inspected my master cool. He discovered that the low and high switches were backwards. Even though switched to high my cooler does not work as well as my previous cooler. He examined the cooler on the roof and the motor is fine. It is just the master cool that is not my favorite. He did a great job.
