My positive experience of this HOA is directly related to the communications I have with ANNA RADIFF. Her knowledge and her enthusiasm makes it a pleasure to work with her and my issues are dealt with in a timely manner. I have been a renter with TMG for over year and a half. Today I had an issue with my smoke detectors continuing to sound off. I called TMG around 4:30pm and they scrambled to find someone that could help. Daniel ***** happened to come in the office and offered to come all though way from Vancouver, WA to the higher side of Beaverton, OR on his day off to come help me with my issue. I am really grateful that I was able to rent through this wonderful property management company - TMG Northwest. Vancouver WA office seems to accumulate the best of the best people. Their customer service is always above expectations.
