Tiana really helped us get to the bottom of a burgeoning Box Elder Bug problem in our community. She took the extra time and effort to make sure we were getting the proper treatments we ordered from our pest control company. Mostly, she listened really well and didn't dismiss our concerns. I have lived in various sub-division all having HOA management companies, but I have happy to report that AMS is outstanding. They are professional, friendly and very responsive to the needs and concerns of the residents. They have a user friendly website specific to our HOA and they communicate frequently with services happening in the community. Five Stars for AMS, Mandi Mueller and Sydney Castilla!!!

The microwave in our house failed on Sunday and I sent a maintenance request via the web portal. Ron was there Tuesday with a new replacement, that matched perfectly. Ron did a great job. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. He brought in the new microwave. Then did the replacement while being very careful not to scratch or damage anything, vacuumed the area and was gone -- all in less than an hour.
