Hey I want to share my personal experience with the Maintenace Crew at Riverview Apts in Camas, WA. I have has such a great positive reaction from the crew Jim Baze and Brian Baird, how they came to my help with anything I needed help fixing or replacing in my apt. They were friendly, prompt and got the job done! As a single woman it meant a lot to me and i just wanted to share this! Thank YOU!

Words can't do justice for the type of service we have received from the day we walked in the door and met Eric --> to the viewing --> to the signing of the lease --> to picking up the keys. This guy is insanely busy from the looks of it but took the time and gave us 100% of his attention. Prompt email or text responses and is always willing. I am a property owner and have used TMG as my manager quite sucessfully. I had a 6 month very unprofessional experience with another company prior. I looked for good referrals for a new one and have been very satisfied. Currently I work with Julie. She has a great relationship with my tenant. Communicates promptly and easily with me about all things concerning my property. Good folks and I have not had a bad experience with them at all.

Hesitant in trusting this company after seeing some of the reviews. My experience with one of their managers on site at Stone bridge turned my thoughts around and I can see the pure professionalism that they bring to the table. Renting from them soon.

I have been consistently pleased with the service of the TMG Maintenance Department. They have always exceeded my expectations. Dorene has been great to work with and eager to solve whatever problems may arise. Dave was dispatched this week to fix a variety of minor issue from gutters to bathtub repairs. He was friendly and professional and I was really impressed with his problem solving skills. TMG is a great management company, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-notch company with which to form a partnership. Our HOA has used TMG’s services since our condos were built in 2004. On top of the day-to-day help they’ve given us, they also helped us navigate a highly-charged situation a couple years ago where we had to decommission all our pipes and install a whole new system.
