Reliable ! I've used my Brother printer since 2009. Never a problem with it in all those years. Its still as good today as it was new. These toners are quality. They do an excellent job and last almost forever. I am a low end user now but in the beginning the printer was challenged with the daily output of a busy work environment. Both printer and toner cartridge never let me down.

Just follow directions, easy to install The previous pasted Ling abs was satisfied. I would expect the new one to be the same. Works great
Lacking environmental support! Works well but instructions were limited and I would have expected a return label to recycle the used one.
The best there is I have a small non-profit but we still print a lot of material for prisoners and jail inmates. Don't be fooled by the generic version of this ink which is 3 times cheaper. Save yourself the hassle from the cheap junk and go with this ink. It holds it tone right up to the last sheet. I generally get almost 3,000 copies per drum. I won't use anything else. Period!
