Key-Whitman is no small neighborhood clinic and I fully expected to be treated like an item on an assembly belt, slam, bam, and done. However, to the contrary, I was treated by every single Key-Whitman person as if I were of utmost importance, the care and concern, the expertise, friendly and professional, the smallest detail clearly explained to my understanding, and best of all, the end result of two separate cataract surgeries: all clear, healed and healthy. A 5 star rating seems inadequate; they deserve a 10, at least.
Yearly checkup. As usual went very well and professional as always. Highly recommend.
I was having a problem with my eyes. I spent the weekend in ocular pain. I called at 8:00 a.m. on Monday and had an appointment for less than two hours later! When I got to the office I had a short wait and a thorough exam. My eye problem was explained in understandable terms and the treatment was spelled out simply. I even had a follow up visit scheduled before I left. A fearful experience was made calm and comfortable. Thanks, to everyone in the office.
Very courteous and professional staff...they were very helpful and informative. Dr. Agnew had time to answer any questions even took extra time to explain why and when I should consider a multi-focal intraocular lens procedure for cataract surgery.
AMAZING. Professional, courteous respectful but most of all knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable putting my vision in their hands. He answered all my questions about my condition and addressed concerns I hadn't thought of. Very professional. Staff was courteous, helpful, and informative. I was very comfortable with the staff, doctor and the procedures.
I have had a number of eye doctors in the Della area over the years.. I have never had a more thorough examination and they uncovered a condition that should have been treated years ago. Dr Agnew is the most knowledgeable physician I have known and he has a gift for explaining complex matters. The facility is incredibly efficient I don't think I wailed for more than a few moments. I wish had had found these people years ago
I can recommend (in my opinion) that Dr. Todd Agnew and his Team at Key-Whitman Eye Center be considered for your eye care. This was a first-class experience. They do a comprehensive eye exam and Dr. Agnew always has time to answer any questions. Dr. Agnew even took extra time to explain why I should consider the same type of multi-focal intraocular lens for my cataract surgery.
