My visit at Key Whitman in Dallas was awesome. Very little wait time, the front desk staff were ALL very friendly, and my tech, Shawn, was as amazing as could be. He took his time and explained things, reassured me, and was very patient even when I wasn’t the easiest to handle. Excellent treatment and care. I am grateful to Dr. Agnew for the thoughtful manner in which he approached my concerns, the thoroughness and clarity of his answers, and the time he took to treat me. In the end, he was right about everything that he said and successfully resolved my issue. I give Dr. Agnew my highest recommendation.
Quick and easy
Dr. Agnew and the staff was welcoming, friendly, comforting and competent. I had had surgery on my other eye at Shaare Zedek in Jerusalem, and it was perfect and set the bar high -- Key -Whitman met that challenge with "flying colors."
Dr. Agnew communicated with me directly, discussed images taken during the examination and explained related information. He took his time answering my questions and explained treatment options. I find him approachable, professional, and patient. He knows his stuff.
They hit all the points. I'll be back.

Dr. Agnew was very professional during my visit. He was also very prompt, which is unusual these days. He answered all my questions and was empathetic to my needs. I would highly recommend Dr. Agnew!!
I am really happy to have Dr Agnew for my doctor. I had cataract surgery and found him to be professional, thorough, and caring. He explained everything in a reassuring manner.
