Efficient, polite, and professional for office. Answers all questions and explains in common terminology. About 1.5 hours total for prelim exam, refraction, retinal imagining and then Dr Agnew's annual exam. Both my wife and I have seen Dr Agnew for a number of years and highly recommend him. Being part of a diverse practice, in house specialists are available without going another practice.
I've been wearing glasses for 50 years and by far this is the best place I've been.
Quick entry, Friendly, knowledgible staff. Dr. Agnew was personable and the exam was detailed. He answered all questions that I asked.
Dr. Agnew is energetic, very professional, and easy to talk to. He explains all procedures well, what to expect and any possible results and options. The Key-Whitman office is run very efficiently and the staff is also very professional and always very accommodating and helpful.
Dr. Todd Agnew at Key-Whitman in Dallas, off of Central Expressway, is an intelligent, well-informed, and professional O.D. He is also personable and did a great job of addressing my eye issues and presenting remedies. I would recommend him to anyone seeking excellent eye care, as I would the entire Key- Whitman Eye Center and wonderful staff.
