Tom was fantastic. It was my first home and I had no knowledge of the process. He explained each step and got back to me very fast. I would recommend him to anyone!!
Tom was informative and thorough. He was also honest and walked us through the pros and cons of a cash out refinance as compared to a HELOC. Initially, his advice was even that a refinance may not be in our best interest based on our goals. However, after discussing this on our own and talking with our financial advisor, we knew the cash out refinance was the route for us and Tom walked along with us every step of the way. Highly recommend working with him as the experience was nothing like we've had in the past!
I have worked with Tom on 4 or 5 loans. I am not an easy client and I typically have lots of questions. He is patient, answers all of my questions, and makes me feel reassured about any issues that I have brought up. He values his relationships with his clients.
