Tom was very informative on the home buying process and was punctual with sending out new information as he received it.

Friendly and very helpful
Tom is one hundred percent professional, we had a goal for our refinance that our interest rate was low and cash out was high. He made it happen after searching and gave us multiple offers based on our terms. The easiest way to say it he makes you feeling like he is working with you instead of working for you. We closed within 3 weeks I couldn't believe it. Thanks Tom !!!
There were a few miscommunications about actual fees and costs. There were also times when I could not get into contact with Tom and his team. I had 3 numbers to call and could not get an answer or response from any of them. The other issues were not in his control like the delayed home appraisal which prevented me from being able to close when I wanted and i lost 2 days where I had a window to get the rooms painted.
Tom went above and beyond my expectation! First time buyer, not much money, Tom showed lts of patience. Thx to Toms knowledge and kindness this first time buyer is moving in.
