Very easy to work with
This was my first home! I also wanted to use the KHC first time home buyers program. I had attempted to buy a few years ago (with a different lender) and it was such a bad experience. That fell through and I was worried I’d never own. Tom was so kind and patient from the start. He genuinely wanted me to be a homeowner; this wasn’t just another sale to him. Stockton and Tom made the buying process easy and safe especially considering we are in the middle of a pandemic!
They made buying my first place easy.

Very processional. It has been a wonderful experience working with such an awesome professional loan officer. Tom was really took time to explain each step. Tom is the best in what he does and he is the best to have when comes being overwhelmed for first time homebuyers.He makes the process smooth and easy. Working with Tom I saw this is not just a job for him, he’s cares about each step in the process and he will be honest about it everything. He goes above and beyond to make it happen!
