Very processional. It has been a wonderful experience working with such an awesome professional loan officer. Tom was really took time to explain each step. Tom is the best in what he does and he is the best to have when comes being overwhelmed for first time homebuyers.He makes the process smooth and easy. Working with Tom I saw this is not just a job for him, he’s cares about each step in the process and he will be honest about it everything. He goes above and beyond to make it happen!

Tom took the time to calm be down more than a few times. The closing was put off 3 times and he assured me that it was going to happen but it was just taking some extra time He explained each step of the process and assured me everything was going according to plan.
