Tom preapproved us on a Saturday, starting the pre-approval process on Friday night. Our first phone from Tom was at 6pm on a Friday. Tom made sure Stockton Mortgage was there so we could confidently write an offer on the house. Then, he followed this up by making sure that we understood each step of the underwriting process. Personal, friendly service. At closing, it was evident that the sellers had a similar experience with the home they had purchased. We definitely recommend Tom and Stockton.
