Tom Lusk was very thorough and very quick to respond but almost every encounter caused increased stress with the loan process. He kept reminding us that it would be difficult to get all the paperwork completed before our closing date. He kept telling us how busy it has been and that we don't understand. Every document or other paperwork that was needed felt like it was always late and "should have been sent yesterday" even though I tried to send everything as soon as I could (usually within 24 hours).
