Everything went smoothly despite the disruptions caused by COVID-19.
weekly communications - three weeks of total silence left me wondering if our packet got lost in the covid shuffle and forgotten about, or worse yet, something derogatory was found and they aren't giving me the chance to defend it. Even a short note to say the file is with the broker and it normally takes 10 days for us to hear something back. At the beginning and end of the process there was almost daily contact but there was a period of about five weeks with only one contact.
