I thought that Tom represented the Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group perfectly, he was very personable even though with the circumstances I never got to meet him personally, he was still a pleasure to work with and made our experience a fast and easy process.
All in all a good experience. One piece of advice would be to provide customers with dates as to when information is needed, such as "we need these statements by close of business Wednesday the 12th. We had times where info was requested as soon as we could get it, then turned into "we had to have today", which was a little frustrating at times.
