I forgot to confirm my appointment for a cavity fill so it was automatically cancelled (as stated in the cancellation policy). They weren’t able to reschedule another patient so when I showed up they were still able and willing to still see my son. They were very kind and professional regardless of my mistake. They were friendly and the appointment went smoothly even though they hadn’t planned on us coming in.

We were seen at the Reno location and they were very helpful. My son needed a referral. Dr seems great. Hygienist was great. Reception went above and beyond helping me try to sort out my insurance and what we can do even givinge a name and number in carson. I would definitely recommend.

Loved the visit like always except this visit wasn’t my normal 5 stars as the receptionist was not a people person. She doesn’t make eye contact she wasn't listening when we were scheduling next appt. I said late morning and she replied with we have a 4 pm, I said okay what day is that, she replied with the 18th and I said okay what Month? She says November with some sass behind it, like as if I’m annoying her!? I then ask if I could get dr notes For my Kids to be excused from school she says yes, she gave me a reminder card... read more

Truly the nicest dentist/person I’ve ever met. Love this dentist office. My 6 yo gets excited to go because everyone there is so nice.

Wonderful dentist who has a great way with young children and puts them at ease. I’ve never had to wait more than ten minutes for my daughter’s appointments. Highly recommend this practice.
