This was our first visit at Tooth Fairy Dental and my daughter was a bit nervous but the workers and doctor were very patient and sweet to her! Super professional, easy check in and overall really nice staff. My daughter did have some issues with her teeth, but the doctor showed and explained everything to us perfectly. Overall we were very pleased with our experience so we’ll be back in 6 months! 🦷🪥
It was ok! I thought the cleanliness was down a lot. I noticed they didn’t sterilize the chairs in between patients. They were unprofessional! But they did take care of my daughters teeth so far. We shall see. Unfortunately I have to continue to take my daughter here for her care. No choice!
Doctor Karen is AMAZING! And celida is a great dental assistant! They were both so attentive to my little one.
I’ve been going to this dentist for a while and the front receptions Jayden (Jaiden) was highly manipulative and rude. I got in and had to sit in front of her while she was on a call and when she was done automatically told me I had to call a number and set up for the first exam, which would have been fine, except the fact that there is no privacy to call and you have to step outside and most importantly I called the office the day before to change the appointment time and no one informed me that it was something that needed... read more
Dentist was fine, working with billing is horrible. Told me I didn't have a bill to pay, then sent me a notice saying I could be sent to collections. Called and was told I didn't have a bill and they were working on it. Took over two weeks for me to just finally pay the bill. They only take payments on Mondays. The whole process took over 4 months.
