Technician showed up today sat in his truck for 8 mins. Walked to my unlocked gate. And then left without doing anything. I feel like I got scammed today.
This is why!!! They have people like this representing the company.
spent time today pulling crab grass out of yard. I have had two lawn treatments in last 6 months. it almost July and have not had any fertilizer yet. I have called and emailed was told personnel problems but they were catching up. about fed up with them probably switch companies.
Top turf fertilized my yard twice in one week and it killed my grass. Then they would not do anything to help me make it better. All my neighbors kept asking me what happened to your yard? I am so unhappy and would not recommend them to anyone.
Do not use this company. My backyard started dying in the summer and continually died. I was hoping it would rebound but unfortunately it got worse. Today I called customer service and was told there was nothing that could be done about it. I suggested for someone to come look at it themselves but was told to have a good day. Yes, I did wait but again was hoping for a rebound and just put two and two together , from the last application in April to the dying in May. A fourth of my back yard in dirt!
