I used top turf for about 2 years n noticed one of their employees putting a sign in my yard n never put any fertilizer down. I Would Not recommend them😢😩
RecommendedFYI, don’t let Top Turf aerate your lawn if you want the job done correctly. Our zoysia was beautiful yesterday morning until they showed up. Now it looks like someone drove a tank through it. After calling multiple times and sending pictures the best I’ve gotten is, “a service coordinator will call you sometime this week about your issue.” That’s not good enough!
I was disappointed that they told my son his first treatment would be $25.00. They they billed him $43.00 because ‘his yard was larger than the ones they do fo $25’. Bait and switch classic. Of course he cancelled any future treatments.
Garbage company! I have all weeds and they don’t have the skill set to kill them. They say I needed a to apply a pre-emergent in fall. Guess what? They were to do that.
Top Turf takes lawns serious. I had purple and yellow nuts edge. For people that are not familiar with this weed I believe it's named that because that's what it does: Drive you nuts! So Top Turf has that under control and then I noticed the crabgrass and I had used a take no prisoners scorch the earth chemical, which was a joke and I will contact that manufacturer to get my money back! $68/application includes: - More weeds than grass. - HOA violations. $25 fine for lack of upkeep in yard. - Half the lawn treated. - Judgment from your neighbors, even their kids. - Weekly customer service calls at dinnertime. My wife and I would be better off giving this responsibility to our 4 year old than having TopTurf treat our lawn.
We have been Top Turf customers for 3 years, and were previously happy; however, after we paid for aeration and seeding of our fescue lawn in the fall, our grass has now completely died. We had a service manager out who apologized, offered us a resolution, and promised to follow up...only for them to ignore our phone calls and not follow through on the resolution they offered us. They rushed the job and missed aerating big parts of our lawn. Then to top it off they didn’t set up the spreader properly and now we have grass growing in all of the beds we had finally finished weeding Will not use again for aeration and overseeding.
they are not a lawn service even though they say they are.pest control only but on the card they have said they cut grass and stuff.all lies
