This company is the worst. I have used them for almost a year for pest and weeds. I have not noticed any difference in my yard, however I wanted to give them a year of service to see if any changes. instead I am going to leave them after a 644 am service call this morning a tech shows up to spray at 644 am when calling the office the customer service rep was rude and had no compassion. if there is a noise ordinance that prevents me from cutting my grass till 8 or 9 am why would I want someone blowing around my house th... read more
Absolutely the worst. They complain about how hard it is to treat fescue yet they continue to take my money. Managers are a disaster. They need some quality customer service training starting with learning to return a phone call. A manager told me i wasn’t “fair”. I think he’s 2. Never use this Charlotte branch. They charged me 130 dollars and never showed up the day of service. My wife called and said he never showed up at 11:50 because she was home all day. Apparently he went to another yard and just sprayed their yard without waiting to talk to the residents. The only way I knew was because of a neighborhood Facebook page. Would only treat our front lawn but bill for the entire treatment. I would call and they would come back out like this is their normal. Called to pay over the phone and the guy answering made snarky comments, until I told him I was done with their service and would need to speak to a manager. Used them for years but they seem to have gotten too shady to deal with now.
I stop my service with Top Turf in December n made my last payment. They continued charging me for January n February. Do Not trust this kind of shady business 😡
Too turf is the worse company in the world to use. My neighbor uses them and her grass still looks horrible, plus they came on my side of the yard and destroyed a very healthy manicured lawn. They then had the nerve to lie that they came out and fixed my lawn and never did. The managers are rude and don’t care about their service at all.
Extremely disappointed with Top Turf and their unethical business practices. I pre paid in full for 8 treatments and was given a bill for $60. I called top turf to understand what the charges were for, they assumed that I wanted to continue my services without even asking me. this is extremely unethical. I called their office and tried to have a polite conversation and was told that its on the fine print that services will be continued.
