Using the tour train was so good idea to get to places. The only thing that bothered me was after the first day of using g it my back was hurting from the seats. By the 3rd day I had to cut the trip short and let the others go on while I stayed at the hotel, cause my back was making it hard to walk.

While I was overall pleased I had problems. The first city (Charleston) went ok. I loaded the app and things were fine with the exception of the standard tours/attractions states I can use it multiple times during my four day pass. When I tried to repat the water taxi, they stated it was only good once. I did not have the opportunity to try another "standard" a second time. The app worked well until the second city. Ahh yes, you can only visit Standard Tours 1x during your pass duration. We cannot allow more than 1x since people would purchase a 1 person pass and check 4 people into one tour over and over again. The Tour Pass was very easy to use. I went ahead and purchased a pass for everyone in our group at the same time. I didn’t need to send everyone their individual pass as the vendors already had record. Loved that you could book activities straight from the Tour Pass website. We got a 1-day pass, which we found really wasn’t any better than just purchasing individual tickets. This is definitely beneficial if you’re going to be in Charleston for two days or more.
